Local Offer - Preparing for Adulthood (Post 16)
Preparation for adulthood starts from birth and involves making sure there is a coordinated plan that helps to ensure young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are prepared for adult life. This involves making sure that the hopes and aspirations of young people are listened to and considered.

Doncaster Futures Fair 2025
We're pleased to announce Doncaster Futures Fair is returning for a second year on 25 November 2025 at Doncaster Racecourse.
Doncaster Futures Fair is an interactive event for young people aged 14-25 who have a learning disability, are autistic or neurodivergent and their family member or carers. The free event is designed to help young people in Doncaster take the next step to a bright future.
