Find out how to register a birth, request copies of certificates, tell us once about bereavement and find out about marriages.
Birth registrations have reopened, please follow the additional guidance when attending your appointment.
New wedding bookings are only being taken for ceremonies taking place after 1st October. From 4th July, existing bookings that have gone through the legal process are now able to go ahead with restrictions in place (see the Marriages and Civil Partnerships page). If you have any queries please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We are not making face to face appointments to register a death but are able to register a death over the phone.
We have asked Funeral Directors to consider the safety of mourners at funerals and restricted attendance to 15 close family and friends. It is very important for people attending funerals to keep to the government social distance recommendations of at least 2 meters from each other. We have put in place cleaning between funerals to help minimise the risk of infection between people attending funerals.
We know these changes can be very difficult and thank you for your understanding in order to keep everyone safe. To speak to us, please either email email@example.com or call 01302 735222.
