  Our Occupational Therapy Team assists people of all ages to be safe, well and as independent as possible in their everyday lives. If you are finding it difficult to carry out daily tasks such as getting in/ out of your house, getting out of your chair, in/ out of the bath or to the toilet we have a range of strategies and advice to help you remain as independent as possible. You can also find advice on getting the right equipment yourself without the need for an Occupational Therapy assessment below.

  Doncaster Council do not offer as part of its standard street lighting service provision connections for festive lighting displays or attachments for banners. However the Council has no objections to applications for equipment to be considered for this purpose as long as the applicant follows the following steps and understands the on-going maintenance requirements which will need funding for the life of the installation.

We provide a wide range of support to our partner schools and can distribute additional funding called pupil premium plus (PP+) to help schools and settings improve the education for those within our scope.
