What is the Doncaster Safeguarding Adults Board?

The multi-agency Safeguarding Adults Board works to empower and protect vulnerable adults in Doncaster.  

The Doncaster Safeguarding Adults Board's Mission Statement:  

“ Keeping people safe in Doncaster”

Doncaster Safeguarding Adults Board is independently chaired by Dr John Woodhouse who brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in the health and social care sector.

The Board has five multi-agency sub groups. The chair of each Sub Group is a member of the Board, which aids communication on local and front line issues.

- Quality and Performance Sub Group
- Review and Learning Sub Group
- Keeping Safe Sub Group
