Previously known as Ethnic Minority Traveller Achievement Service (EMTAS). For schools who want to develop their provision for all ethnic minority pupils, we can provide support to help ensure they achieve their full potential. Our team is dedicated to promoting whole-school development in the field of EAL and ethnic minority achievement. We work in partnership with all schools to provide expert advice, guidance, and practical strategies that build capacity and foster inclusive practice.

EMTAS Support Packages: Core vs Traded Subscription

We offer two tiers of support to meet the diverse needs of Doncaster schools:

  • Core Offer funded through de-delegation for maintained schools, with essential advice and strategic development
  • Fully Enhanced Comprehensive Traded Subscriber Package available to both maintained schools and academies.

Our aim is clear: raise the attainment of Ethnic Minority and Traveller pupils, to empower schools, helping staff develop confidence, cultural competence, and sustainable approaches to inclusion.

We welcome schools and educational settings to collaborate with us in strengthening their provision.
