What is this for?

To apply for a Disabled Person's Pass because you have a disability or medical issue(s) that affects your mobility.

What is it going to cost?


What we need from you

We will ask you to tell us details about the disability or medical issue(s) that affect your mobility. 

You will also be asked to supply evidence to support your request.  You can email any evidence requested to housing.benefits@doncaster.gov.uk quoting your name and address, and putting Disabled Person's Pass in the subject field.

We also have an enquiry counter at the Civic Office in Waterdale. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.45 pm

If you do not supply the required evidence, this may cause a delay to your application being processed.

What you should expect from us

Once submitted, we will decide if you are eligible for a Disabled Person's Pass within 7 days.

If successful, we will send you an entitlement letter and a further application form so you can obtain your pass from Travel South Yorkshire.

We may need to contact you if further information is required to process your request.
