15 hours funded childcare for eligible 2 year olds (for families who have NRPF)
What is this for?
This form is for families who are non-EEA citizens who cannot claim benefits, who wish to apply for 15 hours funded childcare for their 2-year-old.
If your immigration status says you have ‘no recourse to public funds’ (NRPF), you may be able to get funded childcare for your 2-year-old if you have less than £16,000 in savings or investments and your household income is no more than:
- £26,500 for families with one child or
- £30,600 for families with two or more children
To support your application, we require evidence of your income and savings in the form of three months’ worth of bank statements for yourself and your partner for all accounts you both hold*. After you have completed your application, please send your statements to: 2yearoldfunding@doncaster.gov.uk
*Please note, we may request additional evidence if we are unable to verify your eligibility based on the information received.
If the above criteria does not apply to you, there is a separate application form you must use to to apply for 15 hours funded childcare for your 2-year-old.
When should I see if my child is eligible?

What you should expect from us
If you are successful you will receive an eligibility letter with a reference number to take to your chosen childcare provider.
