YORtender
The City of Doncaster Council uses YORtender to advertise contract opportunities with a total value exceeding £25,000.
We encourage all prospective suppliers to register on YORtender to view and respond to our opportunities. Registration is quick, free, and also provides access to contract opportunities from other participating organisations.
If you experience difficulties accessing YORtender, you can log a support ticket with the Supplier Support Team via this portal.
Alternatively, you can email uksupport@eu-supply.com to log a ticket for the YORtender system.
To help you get started, please refer to the user guides below for instructions on registering with the new portal.
Once you've registered, you can set up alerts using Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) codes—these are standardised codes used to classify types of goods, services, and works in public sector contracts. By selecting the CPV codes that match your business activities, you'll receive automatic notifications whenever we publish tenders relevant to your area of expertise. It’s a simple way to stay informed and never miss an opportunity.

The link below opens a CSV file containing all current contracts held by The City of Doncaster Council, as well as those for St Leger Homes of Doncaster—our Arm’s Length Management Organisation responsible for social housing in Doncaster.
Wherever possible, we publish contract information in CSV format to ensure it can be easily accessed across a range of applications. Please note that the file uses standard column widths, so some entries may not be fully visible. To view all data, you may need to expand the columns.
Local Supplier Directory
We are inviting local suppliers to register on our Local Supplier Directory.
The City of Doncaster Council spends over £400 million on contracts and procurement activities each year and we want more local businesses to benefit from this. The City of Doncaster Council has commitment to keeping the Doncaster ‘£’ circulating locally, and our great eight priorities detail the importance of improving local spend in Doncaster. To help support this goal we have developed the Local Supplier Directory.
The Local Supplier Directory will be used as a tool by council staff members, and public anchors to find potential suppliers to make (below-threshold) purchases from or obtain quotes from. The directory will also be used by large suppliers already working with the Council to look for sub-contractors, and therefore if you are a sole trader working in Doncaster, we encourage you to sign up to the directory.
It is important to note that the directory will not be made public. To find more about who will have access to the directory please see the privacy notice: Local Supplier Directory - City of Doncaster Council
The directory is open to all suppliers no matter what size who are local to Doncaster, or who fit the extended definition of local as found below.
Definition of Local:
The City of Doncaster Council’s definition of “local” is a business with an office or premises within the Doncaster boundary. To identify these local companies, Accounts Payable data is used, i.e. invoice data, boundary information (i.e. all postcodes in Doncaster, NOT all DN postcodes) and NNDR (business rates) information.
Suppliers who register and are not local to Doncaster, or who do not fit the extended definition of local, will be removed from the directory.
To register to the directory, please complete the registration form using the link below.
To access the directory:
If you are a public anchor listed on the privacy notice or a contractor working with the Council looking for sub-contractors and would like to access the directory, please email procurement@doncaster.gov.uk who will process your request.
Remove yourself from the directory:
If you have signed up to the local directory, but would wish to be removed from the directory, please email procurement@doncaster.gov.uk and we will remove your details from the directory.
Questions:
If you have any questions about the directory or how it will be used, at first instance please see the privacy notice, and if you have further questions, please email the Strategic Procurement Team at procurement@doncaster.gov.uk.
