Contraception Aspirations Survey - Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice sets out what you need to know about how the City of Doncaster Council (the Council) will use your information. to know more about how and why women in Doncaster make decisions about contraception. The Council is committed to meeting its data protection obligations and handling your information securely. You should make sure you read and understand this notice before submitting your information to us.
What information about you do we collect?
- personal information – such as: your name, email address, telephone number, first three digits of your postcode
- special category personal information – such as: your ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, information about your physical and mental health for the purpose of the survey itself (this will be collected anonymously)

- Inform you that you have been successful in our prize draw
- Provide you with further details of follow-up focus groups you may wish to take part in

Consent (and withdrawing consent)
The Council collects and uses information about you for the purposes of contacting you regarding the prize draw or focus group participation on the basis that you have given us your consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent and ask us not to use information about you by emailing sarah.atkinson@doncaster.gov.uk and katie.marvin-dowle@doncaster.gov.uk.
Who will your information be shared with?
For survey reporting we may need to share anonymised information, aggregated with that of other respondents (meaning no individual can be identified) with:
- Project partners
- Service commissioners
- Members of the public
The Council will never sell your information to anyone else.

Changes to this privacy notice
Data Protection Officer (DPO)
