You can contact the Council Tax team online about any Council Tax enquiry by using our dedicated online general enquiry form.

In most cases we hope our range of online forms and information pages will help you resolve your enquiry. If you still need assistance you can submit an enquiry using our online enquiry form. 

The form will ask you what your enquiry is about. This information will help us direct your enquiry to the correct team and allow us to deal with your enquiry quicker. 

Once your enquiry has been submitted, the Council Tax team aim to respond within 21 days, although we hope to respond much quicker where possible. If your enquiry is about recovery action, please do not worry, we will deal with this as soon as possible before the next action is due to be taken.

Please do not submit repeat forms for the same enquiry, or to request updates on an existing enquiry, as this causes unnecessary delays for yourself and other customers.
