All new staff undertake a comprehensive induction process which includes understanding how to use chemicals, to practical use of the machinery they will use. In addition all relevant administration is covered as part of the Induction process
In addition the induction includes Practical Testing to the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) Cleaning Operative Proficiency Certificate (COPC).
On receipt of satisfactory Police checks, the new member of staff is released to one of our sites where they are monitored regularly.
We actively encourage all our staff, especially our managers and support staff, to pursue continuous improvement and further training. We realise the need to move with the industry changes and ensure our staff are fully conversant with the latest technology, thus making sure you receive the best service.
