SEND Youth Hubs

Our SEND groups are for Children and Young people with special educational needs and disabilities aged 8 – 25. We believe all Children and Young people should have access to all of our Youth Hubs and we pride ourselves in making sure we provide a safe, welcoming environment for all Children and Young People to be themselves, participate in fun activities and meet new friends. All of our Youth Hubs have disabled access, toilets and lifts.

SEND Sessions

The SEND sessions provide a safe place to meet friends, explore your future and will help you to reach your true potential. The staff will support you through fun activities, opportunities and learning. We provide a service for you that will listen, support and empower you to succeed.

SEND Social Club

Our SEND Social Club provides a safe place to meet friends, learn new skills and have fun!  The activities we currently do: crafting, sports, cooking and music as well as other activities such as colouring, Lego, giant connect four, pool, platform games machine and table tennis.
