Aged 40 to 74?
You could be entitled to a FREE health check.
The check is quick and simple and is offered to adults aged 40-74 living in Doncaster who are NOT currently under the care of a doctor for stroke, heart or blood pressure problems, diabetes, kidney disease and or taking a statin therapy.
Your health check will not only assess your risk of developing these conditions but also offer advice on how to reduce your risk.
