One-stop-shop
We have a customer facing and friendly one-stop-shop on the ground floor of the Civic Offices situated in Nigel Gresley square - here you can access all your customer service needs. Our Central One Stop Shop offers a self service and assisted self service area to help with your Council enquiries. Our fully trained staff will be on hand to support you.
Remember, you can access Council Tax, Housing Benefit , Parking Permit enquiries and many more online services without having to visit the One Stop Shop by using this website.

Where is the one-stop-shop?
- the main entrance is just off Sir Nigel Gresley Square on the ground floor of the Civic Offices situated near Waterdale
- it is situated between the newly opened Library and Museum and CAST theatre.

Christmas Closure December 2024 – Contact Information
The Civic Building’s One Stop Shop will be closing at 3pm on Tuesday the 24th of December and they will re-open on Thursday 2nd January at 8.30am.
During this time customers will still have access 24/7 to report, apply and pay for services online at www.doncaster.gov.uk
Emergencies: In the case of an emergency The Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) will be open 24/7 on 01302 737199.

- full access to our online services via the easily accessible public self service computers
- Fully automated reception sign in area
- full disabled access and hearing loops on selected service pods and meeting spaces
- disabled parking bays available around the building with an accessible entrance
- a children’s area including access to online learning Pods
- baby changing facility
- public toilets
- a ‘changing places’ facility for people with profound and multiple learning disabilities that cannot use standard toilets
- a multi-faith contemplation room
- We have computers available for customers to self serve with Digital Assistants on hand to help, the computers have web cams built in to enable our deaf customers to access Sign Live.
