Single Justice Cases

On the 22 January 2021 there were 72 littering cases listed to be heard at Single Justice Court. Of these, 68 defendants were found guilty resulting in fines ranging from £40 to £220, plus costs. The remaining 4 cases were listed for second hearings at a later date.
