Cumulative Impact
The Doncaster Licensing Authority first adopted a Cumulative Impact Policy in January 2008. The area covered by the Cumulative Impact Policy was increased when the Policy was reviewed in 2016.
The Doncaster Licensing Authority first adopted a Cumulative Impact Policy in January 2008. The area covered by the Cumulative Impact Policy was increased when the Policy was reviewed in 2016.
In accordance with Section 5A of the Licensing Act 2003, in 2022/23 Doncaster Licensing Authority carried out a consultation on the areas of the Borough which are covered by the Cumulative Impact policy, considered the evidence which was received and have published the opinion of the authority in the attached ‘Cumulative Impact Assessment’ which sets out the parts of the Borough which have been designated as Cumulative Impact Areas and includes the evidence which was considered in reaching this opinion.
The Cumulative Impact Assessment was determined on 14 September 2023 and shall be reviewed at least every 3 years.
