What is this for?

To request cancellation of a bulky waste or re-usable items order that has been placed.

What is it going to cost?

Free to request cancellation of a bulky items collection order. 

It will not be possible to provide a refund if the cancellation request is made within 24Hrs of the scheduled collection date. 

What we need from you

• Original case/reference number

• Contact telephone number related to the collection 

What you should expect from us

Providing you are eligible for a refund - 

• Please allow 3 - 5 working days once processed.

• The cost paid shall be refunded to the original payment method chosen.
