Building Regulation Application
What is this for?
These are for Building Regulations Applications of which there are two options available to you - either in the form of a Full Plans Building Regulations Application or a Building Notice Application.
What is it going to cost?
Building Regulations costs are different for each type of project – see the current fee sheet for the list of charges, however some charges may need the expertise of a Building Control Officer to determine the scale for your particular project.
What we need from you
We will need the completed application form.
In relation to a full plans application we will also need a full set of architect plans etc. and for any structural works on either full plans or Building Notice we will need Structural calculations from a Structural engineer.
What you should expect from us
Once all the information and the fee is received we will acknowledge your application – and do all the necessary checks in preparation for your project starting on site.
