Selective Licensing Scheme- Hexthorpe 2022 - 2027
www.doncaster.gov.uk/services/housing/hexthorpeslcThe Council recently consulted on a proposal to introduce a new Selective Licensing scheme for private rented properties in Hexthorpe. On the 15th November 2021, the Council designated an area of Hexthorpe to be an area for Selective Licensing. The new Selective Licensing Scheme will come into force on the 1st March 2022. A copy of the designation and a map of the designated area are published on this page.
