- Information about council services is available on the website.
- Residents can request, report and apply for a large range of services online.
- These services are available 24/7, allowing users to access services when it suits them.
- The website is designed with accessibility in mind as outlined in the accessibility statement.

- There is an accessibility line available on this numbers for those customers who needs extra support when accessing Council services

SignVideo
- Service to support deaf customers to contact the council's main customer services team with support of a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter by video, who can voice what you sign.
- It's free and is available between 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

In person
- Residents can visit the One Stop Shop in the Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU and access services in person.
- The One Stop Shop is open between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday (Excluding Bank Holidays)
- The One Stop Shop offers the following:
- Audio induction loops - these act as transmitters that cut out background noise. This can make it easier to hear us if you have a hearing aid.
- Sign Video service available during opening hours to allow communication between customer and service advisor.
- Private meeting spaces in which to meet with an officer to block out sound.
- 40 computers available for customers to self-serve with Digital Assistants on hand to help
- The computers have web cams built in to enable our deaf customers to access SignVideo.
- Computer booths available with privacy screens to enable confidential BSL signing conversations online
- Staff available for assistance

Sensory Team
- Council team that offers services for adult with hearing impairments.
- Support from a BSL signer available:
- Deaf Social Work Support – Tuesdays 1pm-4.30pm and Thursdays 9am-12.30pm - Civic Office
- Deaf Centre Social Work Support – Fortnightly on Mondays 10.45am - 12pm - Milton Walk Deaf Centre
