For some customers, factors such as physical or learning disabilities, hearing or sight impairments, or differences in language may create barriers in accessing these services.
City of Doncaster Council has a responsibility to ensure that appropriate measures and supports are put in place to allow all our customers to access our services.
The council has three main channels via which we serve our customers:

- Face to face
- Telephone
- Blind or Visual Impairments
- Deaf, hearing loss or speech impairment
- Language
- Mobility or dexterity impairments
- Neurodiversity
