Customers who have mobility or dexterity impairments may face barriers when accessing our services. Here are the tools you may find useful to support you to access our service via our main channels.

- Residents can request, report and apply for a large range of services online.
- These services are available 24/7, allowing users to access services when it suits them.

- You can call the Council's main call centre on 01302 736000 - opening times Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (excluding Bank Holidays)
- There is an accessibility line available on this numbers for those customers who needs extra support when accessing Council services

In Person
- Residents can visit the One Stop Shop in the Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU and access services in person.
- The One Stop Shop is open between 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
- Disabled parking bays available around the building
- A large accessible space
- Staff available for assistance
- Changing places facilities and accessible toilets
- 40 computers are available for customers to self-serve with Digital Assistants on hand to help
- Accessible reception and service counters
