To report an issue with permanent traffic signals (traffic lights) and pedestrian crossings.
If you believe the problem is dangerous and could cause an emergency situation, please ring during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm) 01302 736000 or outside of these hours 01302 737199.
What is it going to cost?
Free.
What we need from you
The location of the traffic signals / pedestrian crossing and a description of the issue.
What you should expect from us
We aim to assess the issue and carry out any necessary works required within a reasonable practical time.
