What we need from you

Before submitting your enquiry we ask you to check planning applications online to see if planning permission has been approved. You are able to view the plans associated with the development and if you believe the development is not being built in accordance with the approved plans we request you submit an enquiry. You can also check the alleged development required planning permission before submitting a complaint by using our Check Now service which gives you a guide to whether planning permission is required. When you submit a planning complaint you will be asked to give your name, contact details, nature of breach, location of breach and any additional information.

What you should expect from us

When you submit an enforcement enquiry we will always investigate breaches of planning rules swiftly and pursue appropriate action using the powers that are available to us. We will also keep interested parties informed throughout the process.
