Creating a home from home

We have a number of exciting opportunities to work within our children’s homes and support children from the ages of 11 up to 18 years old. You will be a part of a passionate team who creates a warm, caring and nurturing environment that supports children to thrive and makes a real difference in their lives. Experience of working with children is essential and full training will be provided. We also offer a £2,000 welcome package to people who start a career in residential care.

Relief Residential Care Officer

Salary: £13.46 per hour 

We are currently seeking to recruit Relief Residential Care Officer to work within our current residential Children’s Care Homes. Click on the link above for more details.

Waking Nights Officer

Salary: £25,969 - £28,665 (Full Time Equivalent) depending on experience (£39,513 - £33,681 including 17.5% unsociable hours allowance for full time employees, pro-rata for part time).

Residential Child Care Officer

Salary: £25,969 - £28,665 (Full Time Equivalent) depending on experience (£28,176 - £31,101 including 8.5% unsociable hours allowance for full time employees, pro-rata for part time). 

We are currently seeking to recruit Residential Child Care Officers to work within new or our current residential Children’s Homes. Click on the link above for more details. 

Successful applicants to this post will also be eligible for special recruitment and retention payments of £1000 after six months and twelve months service, subject to certain conditions. (£1000 for full time employees, pro rata for part time)

Residential Care Officer Children with Disabilities

Salary:  £25,969 - £28,665 (Full Time Equivalent) depending on experience (£28,176 - £31,101 including 8.5% unsociable hours allowance for full time employees, pro-rata for part time).

Here in Doncaster, we are expanding our residential service for Children with Disabilities and are looking to recruit to our short break service and to our Children's home
