Keeping or training animals for exhibition – this includes businesses exhibiting animals for educational or entertainment purposes (This replaces the performing animals registration). For example, mobile petting zoo’s, petting farms, bird of prey displays, animal encounter companies and anyone keeping or training animals for exhibition before an audience will require a licence.

Major Amendment of Licence: £54.00 hourly rate (minimum of 2 hours)

Request for Re Rating: £54.00 hourly rate (minimum of 2 hours)

How long does the process take?

Following a successful inspection, we will aim to issue your licence within 28 days.

How long does the licence last?

All licences are for 3 years. There are no risk assessments applied for these activities
