Welcome to ‘Your Voice’ Doncaster. This is the space for all children and young people in Doncaster to have their voices heard, get involved, find opportunities, access information and advice and keep up to date with news and services.
Doncaster Council’s Local Council Tax Support scheme helps around 24,500 people on a low income to pay their Council Tax. We are thinking of making some changes to our Local Council Tax Support scheme from 1 April 2019. The changes would make it easier for people on Universal Credit to claim support and may also result in some people receiving more support. Our current full scheme document is attached to this page.
Local Council Tax Support replaced Council Tax Benefit from 1 April 2013. Council Tax Benefit was a national scheme which helped people on a low income pay their Council Tax.
