Insurance Claims
The Insurance Team provide comprehensive insurance advice, arranges/places appropriate insurance cover and handles claims for Doncaster Council and all clients that it directly supports, including LEA Schools and St Leger Homes of Doncaster.
Claims against the council
The Insurance Team manages claims against the council, Doncaster Children's Services Trust and St Leger Homes, such as injury or damage on public highways, injury to employees, motor incidents and St Leger tenants suffering damage or injury.
To make a claim against the council, you will need to prove in civil law that we have been negligent and/or breached our statutory duty.
