Music Service exam request form for tutors
This page is to allow Doncaster Music Service tutors to register a pupil's interest in taking a music exam.
To register a pupil you teach who is interested in/ready to take a music exam please submit your request here:
Upon receipt of your form, we will contact the parent/carer to complete the online exam application form and let you know we've emailed them, so you can tell the pupil their parent/carer can now apply and to check their emails for the link.
Once the online form has been received and the payment made (if applicable). We will then notify you, so you can inform the pupil their place has been reserved and that we will be in touch as soon as the date and time has been confirmed by the exam board.
