What we need from you
Details of what it is (is it hazardous such as asbestos, oils, chemicals etc.), the location of the rubbish and whether it is causing any problems (for example an obstruction or health hazard). Rough estimate of how much there is. If you can, a description of the perpetrator and their vehicle if you witnessed the rubbish being dumped. We will keep your details confidential.
What you should expect from us
When you report fly-tipping, our Street Scene team will clear it from public land, for which it has responsibility, within 7 working days. We will also work with private land owners to ensure any dumped materials are safely removed.

If the fly-tipping is on private land, it is the responsibility of the landowner to remove it.
