The Consultation Response Summary document includes a breakdown of all the comments that were received. The summary includes how these comments have been considered, and where relevant changes have been required, prior to the Strategy being adopted.

The Environment Strategy will help us to make plans and policies that protect and enhance Doncaster's environment and improve the quality of life for present and future generations. A key aspect of this is to balance the need for economic growth with our obligation to have responsibility for the protection of our local environment. Although this is a Council strategy, it is produced in light of the need to work in partnership with a wide number of public, private and community organisations.
