Auction premises registration

Any premises used for public auctions must be registered unless the auction is a one day charity event. In this case, proof of charitable status will be required.

There is an application fee which must be paid at the time the application is made.

A copy of the Council's standard licensing conditions, an application form and further help or advice can be obtained from the licensing office.

The outcome of an application will be determined within 14 days of receipt.
