2020 has been such a challenging year for all of us, and the stress and uncertainty of living through the pandemic has affected lots of people’s mental health.

Even people who have never suffered with mental health problems before might have found themselves feeling down, and it’s no surprise!
Over the next few weeks and beyond, we’re going to be sharing the ways of #CopingWithCovid, and how to help deal with the variety of different ways Covid might be impacting your mental health.
From childcare stresses, running businesses, isolation and having a difficult home life, we’ll be sharing stories about it all and giving some tips and advice on how to get support if you’re feeling the same.
