Doncaster Discover the Spirit Awards

If you know someone who you would like to nominate for a Doncaster Discover the Spirit Award 2008 you will need to fill in a nomination form and send it in to us, either by post or by completing the electronic form (e-form) on this page. If you prefer to complete the form in writing and post it to us you can print out a copy of the nomination leaflet at the bottom of this page and complete the form within it.

Before you fill in the form you will need to think about why the person deserves to be a Doncaster Discover the Spirit Award winner. The form asks you to answer some questions about the person you are nominating and you should try to answer these as fully as you can as we will use this information to make our selections.

As well as details about the person you are nominating, you will also need to give us your contact details. We will be unable to accept any anonymous nominations. Please read the Competition Rules before making your nomination.
