Sims.net Reporting
Sims.net reporting is useful when you are wanting to create new reports as well as running existing one's. The selection which we have listed below will help you to run reports within sims.net to extract out the pupil information that you need. | Address Labels Parents Mailing Point - this report allows you to produce address labels for your pupils. | 11.7kb | |
| The report will produce addresses without lines. | 13kb | |
| Alphabetical Class List - this report will run an alphabetical class list for your pupils | 5.92kb | |
| Avery Labels L7418 - Name Badges - this report will produce name badges for each REG class or year group in your school | 10.0kb | |
| The Census preparation reports contain all the reports you will need in order to perform the necessary checks on your data before producing your Census. The Reports contained are Census checklist, classes & courses all years, connexions asset is blank, ethnicity source blank, free meals, mother tongue blank, permanent exclusions, pupils in care, SEN detail, students with their courses, UPN no is blank, year taught in check. | 100kb | |
This report produces a class list. Contained on these lists are the Address (appears on 1 line) and also the home telephone contact number for the pupil. Please note for this report you must be on SIMS 7.62 or higher |

| The current teachers address list displays only teachers currently working in your school not all teacher ever employed. | 5kb | |
| This displays family links to the sibling. | 5kb | |
| These reports show a population analysis for both reg groups and year groups. (This report goes into Excel) | 7kb | |
| The medical notes report is slightly different to that originally in Sims.net. This report contains a medical notes filter. | 10kb | |
| This report will run name badges for year groups and reg groups. | 11kb | |
| This report produces a class list and contains the DOB field, the pupil's name and is page broken on class. | 6kb | |
| The nursery alphabetical report displays information on nursery attendees at your school, in alphabetical order. | 5kb | |
| The report will run photographs for your school. | 7kb | |
These reports are useful to be used in conjunction with PLASC, the reports included are as follows; Part time AM/PM pupils; Permanent Exclusions; UPN numbers Blank, Blank post Codes; PLASC Check List; Ethnicity Source Blank; Free Meals; Mother tongue Blank; Pupils In care; SEN Details; Year Taught In Check. All of these reports will help you immensely, and the data returned should help you identify any areas to help you complete your PLASC return. |

| This report is useful to produce group lists. Such groups in this report include lists for Ethnicity, Ethnicity category, Home religion, Meal type, SEN status and Mode of travel. These groups can be selected from the filter at runtime. Please note that this Report goes into the GROUP area of reporting. | 11kb | |
