Which waste is it: bath, basin, sink
or shower? You are responsible for leaks from washing machines etc.
What is the problem, eg: joint leaking, pipe cracked? Can you contain
the leak? DO NOT USE UNTIL FIXED.
What is causing the blockage?
Are any other fittings blocked, too? If you are in a flat, are other flats
affected?
Where is the blockage: bath, basin, sink or shower? DO NOT USE
UNTIL FIXED.
Have you tried to clear this yourself? You are responsible for trying to clear blockages before you contact us.

Who installed the shower? You are responsible
for repairing showers you have installed without our permission.
What is the problem, eg: shower head loose or broken, shower tray cracked
or broken, water too hot or too cold?
