Glass broken or cracked in window or door

How did this happen? You are usually responsible for this repair. You will be charged for any work we have to do unless it is the result of vandalism or you have been burgled and reported it to the Police to get a Crime Report Number. If it is just an accident you may be able to claim on your household insurance.
