What size or shape is it: single, double or corner?

Worktop loose or damaged

How did this happen? You may be charged for damage.
What is the problem, eg: edging loose, worktop burnt or chipped?
What area is affected (approximately)?

Cupboard unit loose or damaged

How did this happen? You may be charged for damage.
What part is damaged?
What type of cupboard is it: wall, floor, larder unit, sink unit or other?
What colour is it?
What size or shape is it: single, double or corner?

Drawer sticking or broken

How did this happen? You may be charged for damage.
What is the problem, eg: drawer sticking, front come off, runners broken?

Knob, handle or catch broken

What type of fitting is it? You are responsible for this repair.

Seal between worktop and wall tiles loose, damaged or missing

What length is affected?

Sink unit loose or damaged

Is the problem with the sink top or the base unit?
On which side is the drainer: right or left of the sink?

Wall tiles loose, cracked or broken

How many are loose and how many are broken? You are responsible for re-securing loose tiles.
What size and colour are they? An exact colour match cannot be guaranteed.
