What is causing the blockage?
Where is the blockage: toilet, bath, basin, sink or shower? DO NOT USE UNTIL FIXED.
If you are in a flat, are other flats affected?

If a toilet is blocked, is it the only one in your home?

Which waste is it: bath, basin, sink or shower? You are responsible for leaks from washing machines etc.
Is it leaking inside or outside? You are expected to try first, see HANDY HINTS: Clearing a Blocked Wastepipe or Toilet
What is the problem, eg: joint leaking, pipe cracked?
Can you contain the leak? DO NOT USE UNTIL FIXED.

Where is the gulley?
Have you tried clearing it yourself? You should try clearing leaves etc from gulleys before calling us.

What type of surround does the gulley have: brick or concrete? Contact us with the details.

Is it outside or inside the property boundary? If inside the property boundary, where is it: on a drive way, path or in the garden?
What is it made of: concrete or metal?
Is it loose, damaged or missing?
Contact us immediately. Also please try to CORDON IT OFF to prevent anyone falling into it.

What is the problem?
