What is the Problem?      Check before you contact us

Glass in door cracked or broken

Front or back door sticking, jammed or damaged

Which door is it? Is it a communal door?
What is the problem, eg: panel broken, damage around the lock, frame split?
Is the problem with the lock or handle? See DOOR LOCKS.
What is the door made of: wood, metal or plastic?
Can you still open and close the door? Contact us with the details.
How did this happen? You may be charged for any damage. If the damage is a result of vandalism or you have been burgled please report it to the Police and get a Crime Report Number (not an Incident Number).

Internal door sticking, jammed or damaged

Which door is it?
What is the problem, eg: door not closing properly, panel broken, damage around the lock, frame split etc? You are responsible for adjustments to internal doors and for damage to door panels.
Can you open the door ie is it jammed shut?

Draughts coming in

Which door is it? If the door or frame warped or twisted, contact us with the details.
Installation of draught proofing is your responsibility.

Rain coming underneath the door

Which door is it?
What is it made of: wood, metal or plastic?
Is a weatherboard fitted to the door?
Is a water bar fitted to the threshold?
