Doncaster Council's Building Control administers Building Regulation Issues on behalf of Doncaster Council.
These Government derived regulations ensure the health, safety, welfare and convenience of all people (including the disabled) in or about Buildings. This control extends to both Private and Public buildings, with plan checking and site inspection being undertaken by Building Control officers.
Other functions undertaken by Development and Planning include:

I hereby give notice that, from 1st December 2008 a new scheme of Building Regulation charges made under the above regulations has been adopted by this authority. The new Scheme of charges is available for inspection at Danum House, St Sepulchre Gate, and on the link to Application Forms.
