NOTE

If you are using a computer other than your own at home  - If any of the methods you try below do not work it could be because your computer settings cannot be changed due to local IT policies - contact your local IT support for further help.

If you use a PC and Microsoft Windows

Internet Explorer 7

Internet Explorer 7 has a zoom feature which allows you to enlarge the whole browser window.
To do this press ‘Ctrl’ + ‘+’  to increase the zoom and ‘Ctrl’ + ‘-‘ to decrease the zoom.

The text on our website should now have changed to reflect your choice. If you are using an earlier version of Netscape than version 7 then the above instructions will not work on some websites because they may have a fixed text size.

In Opera you can quickly increase or decrease the size of both text and graphics using the Keyboard:

These changes will have to be done each time you open Opera.

NOTE: Mac key convention: ‘Ctrl’ is used for ‘Control’, ‘Apple’ is used for ‘Command’ and ‘Alt’ is used for the ‘Option’ key .

For keyboard access make sure ‘Full keyboard access’ is turned on - you can turn it on or off by pressing ‘Ctrl’ + ‘F1’ at any time.
