Property Consultancy is a small team of 17 staff, led by Property Consultancy manager Jim Beaumont. It provides a comprehensive property, valuation, management and advice service on behalf of the Council. This includes the acquisition and disposal of surplus and development land, a commercial property lettings and property management.
The service is based at Council House, College Road, Doncaster, DN1 3AD.
