About Us

The Discover the Spirit (DtS) Board is the Doncaster’s main partnership Board and leads on the delivery and on-going development of the LAA.  The DtS Board is chaired by the Mayor of Doncaster and includes senior representatives from all key Doncaster delivery organisations, for example the Police, the Primary Care Trust, the Chamber of Commerce and the Third Sector (voluntary and community sector). 
 
There are four Boards leading on key aspects of the shared priorities:  

• Younger Doncaster

• Safer Doncaster

• Healthier Doncaster

• Enterprising Doncaster   

Individual delivery organisations (e.g. the Council, the Police and the Third Sector) are accountable to the Theme Boards for delivering the actions to achieve the priorities. 
 
The DtS Board and Theme Boards are leading the review of the LAA – taking into account the views of the Council, individual delivery organisations and the general public.
