The pre and post 16 Entry to Employment (e2e) programme offers young people a flexible, learner led programme, which aims to prepare them for Apprenticeships, further education and training or employment.
It sets out to support young people who:

are not ready to enter an Apprenticeship Scheme
are not currently engaged in either education or training
The e2e curriculum comprises of three core standards:
Basic and/or key skills

In partnership with the School Improvement Service, Bentley Training Centre is currently working with learners who are developing skills in a number of skill areas including:
Reading and understanding work instructions, health and safety, time keeping and working within time constraints, self awareness, managing feelings, team and developing increased employability and work related skills.
Learners registering for the pre e2e scheme will have the opportunity to gain recognised qualifications whilst gaining valuable work experience. Learners who develop the skills and motivation to progress into either an Apprenticeship or work will be registered with Doncaster Build, a dedicated job and training match service.
