4.1 Family Centres, Sure Starts & Children's Centres
Family Centres and Sure Starts were recently merged to provide 13 children's centres in the Doncaster area. These provide a range of services to meet the needs of children and families, ranging from parents groups and holiday playschemes to healthy eating advice. The types of services, activities and opening times vary from centre to centre. For some activities a referral may be needed, while other sessions are open to all families.

Beechfield Family Centre does not offer any drop-in sessions or activities. It offers parenting advice and assessments on a referral basis only.
