Street Cafes are premises, which use a portion of a public street or road for the sale of food and drink and for the placing of tables, chairs, and other furniture outside a restaurant or cafe for patrons to use whilst consuming food and drink.
The introduction of eating and drinking areas linked to adjacent premises is designed to create a streetscape that is both attractive and vibrant in terms of the town centre area.
