Street Cafes are premises which use a portion of a public street or road for the sale of food and drink, and for the placing of tables, chairs, and other furniture outside a restaurant or cafe for patrons to use whilst consuming food and drink.
The introduction of eating and drinking areas linked to adjacent premises is designed to create a streetscape that is both attractive and vibrant in terms of the town centre area.
All Applications will be investigated to ensure there are no safety implications. A full risk assessment may be necessary.
