Performance Plan for Doncaster

Under Best Value, all Councils have a duty to deliver continuous improvements in service delivery and publish a Best Value Performance Plan by the 30th of June each year. Our Performance Plan provides a thorough overview of the Council’s aspirations, performance and targets for future years.

The main requirement for a Performance Plan is to report how its services have performed against mandatory Best Value Performance Indicators (BVPIs) set by the Audit Commission and the Department for Communities & Local Government (DCLG) along with locally set performance indicators. It also details the targets that have been set for improving performance over the next financial year.

Current Best Value Performance Plan (2007/08)

The 2007/08 Performance Plan reflects the excellent overall progress that Doncaster Council has continued to make over the past year - demonstrating that the Council's methods of challenging its performance and putting in place measures to improve it are clearly working.  To view the 2007/08 Performance Plan for Doncaster, please click on the document below.
