How do I make a Freedom of Information request?

Freedom of Information requests must be made in writing, email is also an acceptable format.

How will I know you have received my request?

You will receive an acknowledgement informing you who is dealing with your request and the expected due date for response.

When will I receive my response?

The statutory timescale for Freedom of Information requests in 20 working days.

What if I am unhappy with the response I receive from the Council?

You can ask us to review the decision.  You do this by writing to the:
