The secure web based system enables partners and elected members to access an invaluable system holding a wide range of Geographical Information and Spatial Mapping data. Access to the system is open to all members of the Doncaster Spatial Mapping Partnership and requires a simple organisational and user registration procedure.
Interactive Maps provides users with a wide range of Geographical Information Systems functionality including:
The ability to view a range of datasets which may be maintained by several different partner organisations
The ability to print maps at sizes up to A3 using a wide range of Print Layouts
The ability to carry out a range of tasks using the full range of datasets in the system
The ability to identify linkages between issues via cross partner data analysis
The following information only applies partners outside the Doncaster Council computer network, partners who access the Doncaster Council computer network should visit the Geographic Information Systems and Spatial Mapping Intranet site.
Accessing the Interactive Maps system has a number of stages:
Firstly you need to check that your organisation is a member of the Doncaster Spatial Mapping Partnership (see the Members page), if your organisation is not listed please contact us using the contact details above.
Secondly you need to complete a User Registration Form and be issued with a secure username and password. The User Registration Form can be obtained from one of your organisational administrators (see the Members page).
You can then access the Interactive Maps system using the instructions provided with your username and password.
